Sole (pronounced so-lay) water is a concentrated solution of natural salt and water, traditionally made with Himalayan pink salt. This ancient remedy has been used for centuries to support digestion, mineral balance, and overall vitality. When the right salt is fully saturated in water, it creates an electrolyte-dense tonic that can help your body function optimally—especially if you're feeling sluggish, dehydrated, or depleted.

🏡 How to Make Sole Water at Home

You’ll Need:


1 glass jar with a plastic or non-metal lid


Himalayan pink salt (finely ground or in chunks)


Filtered or spring water


Instructions:


Fill ¼ of the jar with Himalayan salt.


Fill the rest of the jar with filtered water.


Shake and let it sit overnight. By morning, the salt will have dissolved into the water.


If there's still salt at the bottom, the solution is fully saturated—this is your Sole water!


Store at room temperature.


How to Use It:


Each morning, add ½ to 1 teaspoon of Sole water to a glass of water on an empty stomach.


Avoid using metal utensils or lids, as salt can corrode metal over time.
