"I think something's wrong with the adjustment..." This week, I had a phone call from a patient who was understandably worried. A day or two after their adjustment, they had gone to the gym and noticed some unusual muscle aches and pains they hadn't experienced before. After talking through what had happened, the explanation was actually reassuring. It’s something we hear from time to time in the clinic: “I thought I’d feel better right away… but I actually feel a bit worse.”
